Water Treatment Technology
The GOgen® is uniquely designed for the needs of the horticulture industry – producing Peroxide UltraPure™ directly on site in a fully-autonomous and safe manner.

GOgen® uses only air, water and electricity to generate Peroxide UltraPure™ onsite – ultrapure, no stabilizers needed – delivered directly where you need it.
Peroxide UltraPure™ oxidizes the cell walls of waterborne pathogens like Pythium, Fusarium, and Phytophthora, reducing their presence in irrigation water and root zones. Peroxide UltraPure™ generated onsite via HPNow’s systems breaks down biofilm, prevents microbial buildup, and leaves no residues — just water and oxygen. Continuous low-dose application maintains a clean system and a uniform flow on the drippers. Because it is made on the spot, this hydrogen peroxide is fresh and therefore highly effective. It requires no stabilizers for long distance transport which reduce the potency of peroxide, and end up leaving unwanted chemical residues in irrigation water. Peroxide UltraPure™ is just H2O2, in its purest form and is therefore the most effective way to protect plants from Pythium, Fusarium, and Phytophthora.
Unfortunately, not. Flushing removes suspended debris but won’t dislodge the adherent extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) matrix that anchors biofilm to pipe walls. Without chemical oxidation, residual EPS quickly reforms biofilm even after high‐velocity flushes. Continuous low‐dose Peroxide UltraPure™ treatment ensures system surfaces stay biofilm free.
Even when Fusarium originates in the substrate, contaminated irrigation water can spread spores throughout the system. Peroxide UltraPure™ reduces overall pathogen load by treating the water and keeping irrigation lines and emitters free of biofilm, which can harbor and protect spores. While it doesn’t sterilize the substrate, maintaining clean water and infrastructure limits cross-contamination and reduces disease pressure on roots.
Peroxide UltraPure™ offers protection against microbes with on-site generation, minimal handling risk, and no harmful by-products.
Unlike chlorine, it doesn’t form toxic residues or damage root tissues.
Compared to ozone, it’s easier and safer to dose and doesn’t require complex pressurized systems. Additionally, ozone’s efficiency is easily affected by temperature and other gases in the water. Ozone is a toxic gas and it’s overdosing could easily damage plat systems, add salinity to water and other unwanted chemical byproducts.
Nanobubbles may improve water oxygenation but lack consistent pathogen control.
Peroxide UltraPure™ provides both — effective oxidation and root-zone oxygenation — in a single, stable solution.
Peroxide UltraPure™ is generated without chemical inputs by the HPNow system, which uses only water, air and power to make a safe Peroxide UltraPure™ solution. The Peroxide UltraPure™ solution is temporarily stored in a buffer tank, from which it can be dosed in the water line using a standard dosing pump. Peroxide UltraPure™ is stable in the buffer tank for a period of 4-6 weeks.
