Our Goal is to
Our GOgen® onsite devices produce pure hydrogen peroxide at the point of use, using only water, air and electricity as input, and directly at the low and safe concentration required.
By doing so, we enable substantial savings in transportation and handling costs; improved occupational safety; and increased supply reliability. The safe, low-concentrate hydrogen peroxide produced by our systems breaks down after use to pure water and oxygen, leaving no unwanted residuals behind.

John is a seasoned leader with over three decades of management experience and extensive international expertise in operational transformation. With a proven track record in roles such as Operating Partner, Transformation Director, and CEO, he is dedicated to accelerating HPNow’s growth and success.
CTO
Rasmus brings expertise in developing catalysts for electrochemical processes through his 2015 PhD at DTU (with a Stanford research stay) and his Elite Master’s in Sustainable Energy. He leverages this experience at HPNow, leading core technology and intellectual property development.
Director of Products
Arnau’s PhD in Physics at DTU, including research at Stanford, yielded groundbreaking discoveries in electrochemical hydrogen peroxide production. Leveraging this research, he led the DTU Proof of Concept project that became the foundation for HPNow’s core technology.
Production Manager
A mechanical engineer with vast production experience, Michael excels in mechanical design and efficient manufacturing. He leads HPNow’s production team and manages procurement.
Sales representative
Leveraging his international experience in sectors like industrial, agricultural and maritime, Tiret excels as a business developer passionate about sustainable technologies. He thrives in building new markets and engaging clients through innovative approaches.
Sales representative
An agronomist from Miguel Hernández University of Elche, José brings extensive experience in agriculture sales and project management to the table. He has a proven track record of leading irrigation projects across Central America and the Iberian peninsula, both for NaanDanJain and his own venture.

A seasoned sales executive with over ten years in business development, Cord has a proven track record in growing revenue and generating leads. His experience in the horticulture industry, a key market for HPNow, comes from previous sales and account management roles at US ag tech companies.
Regional Sales Manager Industrial, Europe & Middle East
With nearly 25 years in Sales & Business Development, Wayne focuses on Industrial Water Treatment at HPNow. Using his previous experience with Xylem and Evoqua, along with already established connections, his primary focus is on Data Centre Cooling and Light Industry applications.
Chairperson of the Board
A chemical engineer by training (first-class honors from UNSW), Michelle brings a wealth of experience in investment, business development, and strategy across Europe, North America and Australia. Before leading AP Ventures’ digital and innovation efforts, she advised diverse clients at L.E.K. Consulting and held senior strategy roles at Anglo American.
Kevin Eggers, a Founding Partner of AP Ventures, is an experienced investor with a focus on clean energy technologies. With a background in senior roles at Anglo American, he brings extensive international experience. Kevin is committed to backing innovative solutions that drive positive environmental change.
Mark Redshaw brings 20+ years at Evonik across diverse leadership roles to Evonik Venture Capital. Before founding the team, he led sustainability efforts in Evonik’s Nutrition & Care business, including environmental and social impact initiatives. His experience spans heading a global leader in amino acids and managing operations across Africa and the Middle East. Mark holds a PhD in agriculture.
Leveraging his 25+ years in global leadership roles (including CTO at Royal DSM and leadership in animal health R&D), Marcus (PhD in Polymer Chemistry, 1997) now heads Novo Holding’s Bioindustrials team, driving innovation and portfolio growth. His passion for sustainability extends to his role on the World Economic Forum’s Global Expert Network.
Johan is an investor and entrepreneur with a strong background in driving sustainable growth through technology. After spending 15 years developing Ditmer A/S into three successful companies, he now focuses on supporting other tech companies, serving as a board member and leveraging his expertise in navigating complex challenges and fostering innovation.
