HPNow develops and delivers advanced, sustainable water treatment solutions using our unique and industry disrupting technology: on-site generation of ultra-pure hydrogen peroxide. Our systems help customers across industry, agriculture, data centers, and municipal water sectors to improve water quality, reduce environmental impact, and operate more efficiently.
As we expand our presence in Northern Europe — with a focus on, Nordics, Germany, Benelux, UK, and Ireland — we are looking for a Business Development Manager who combines commercial drive with technical understanding and a commitment to ethical, customer-focused sales. The position is full time and based at HPNow’s headquarters in Søborg, in the Greater Copenhagen area of Denmark.
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will grow revenue for HPNow by leading business development efforts within Northern Europe. This will involve identifying and qualifying opportunities and closing new deals in key market segments (industrial users, data centers, greenhouse growers, municipal water providers). The ideal candidate will bring both industry expertise and a consultative approach, ensuring customers receive solutions that genuinely fit their operational needs and deliver lasting value.
