Can you tell us about your role at HPNow — what you do and what your typical day looks like?
As Chief Commercial Officer, I’m responsible for driving our global sales strategy, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. My day-to-day involves working closely with the management and sales teams, channel partners, and direct customers to bring HPNow’s on-site hydrogen peroxide generation technology to the companies that will benefit from it.

Can you share a bit about your background and how your career path led you to HPNow?
I’ve spent over a decade in commercial leadership and business development roles in the consulting industry across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on scaling high-impact solutions. My passion for innovation and sustainability naturally led me to HPNow, where I saw a unique opportunity to make a real-world difference with cutting-edge technology.
What excites you most about HPNow’s technology and its potential impact?
HPNow’s technology is a game-changer — it offers a clean, safe, and sustainable alternative to traditional chemical treatment. I’m excited by its potential to reshape how a range of industries manage water, with both operational and environmental benefits.
How do you see the water treatment industry evolving in the coming years, especially in terms of sustainability?
The push for greener, more decentralized solutions is accelerating, and I believe sustainable water treatment will become the standard rather than the exception. Innovation, regulatory pressure, and rising environmental awareness are converging to drive meaningful change across lots of sectors that could benefit from our technology.
Could you share a recent highlight or achievement you’re particularly proud of in your career?
A few weeks after joining HPNow, I was able to visit our key partner in South Africa, MatiTech, and spend a week meeting their customers and seeing our machines in the field. It was so rewarding to hear from customers in sectors ranging from pharmaceutical, to agriculture and mining about how they are benefiting from onsite peroxide generation.
Outside of work, what are you passionate about or enjoy doing in your free time?
Shortly after relocating to Copenhagen in 2024, I got involved with a food waste charity called Madboks that rescues food from supermarkets and bakeries and makes it available to the public on a donation basis. Because I’ve lived in parts of the world where food and water poverty are daily problems, I am passionate about not taking these precious resources for granted!
